WHAT ARE YOUR RATES WITHOUT INSURANCE?
50-55 minute Individual Psychotherapy Sessions: $185
**Acceptable forms of payment include all major credit cards.
CAN I SPEAK TO YOU PRIOR TO OUR FIRST SESSION OR SCHEDULING?
Yes, I offer free 15-minutes consultations. I understand the need to see if we’re a good fit for each other.
HOW MANY SESSIONS DO I NEED?
This will vary for each individual and their treatment plan, goals, and needs. We will work collaboratively together to create a treatment plan.
WHAT IS TELEHEALTH?
Telehealth services provide flexibility within the comfort of your own home which can reduce any stress or worry with starting your therapy process. Clients are often concerned about being unable to connect with the therapist over the screen. After meeting for the first session or first couple of sessions, clients find they are still able to connect with their therapist. All my sessions are currently being provided through Teletherapy using video and audio via a Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) compliant platform through Simplepractice. Telehealth is not suitable for everyone, so should we meet and you find that you would prefer in-person services, you will be provided with resources and providers offering these services.
DO YOU PROVIDE SERVICES TO ANYONE VIA TELEHEALTH?
I am currently licensed in the state of California and Colorado. Due to state licensing requirements, I can only meet with individuals residing in the state of California and Colorado.
DO YOU PROVIDE IN-PERSON SERVICES?
At this time, I am providing services via telehealth only.
WHAT IF I AM IN A MENTAL HEALTH EMERGENCY OR CRISIS?
If you are in an emergency or crisis, go to the nearest emergency room, call 9-1-1, or contact the Access & Crisis Hotline at (California) 888-724-7240 or (Colorado) 844-493-8255.
WHAT IS A GOOD FAITH ESTIMATE?
The No Surprises Act (H.R. 133) includes requirements for health care providers, facilities, health plans, and insurers which are intended to prevent consumers (a.k.a. clients) from receiving unanticipated medical bills. You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost prior to initiating treatment or before your scheduled appointment.
