Each psychotherapy session is 50-55 minutes long unless otherwise noted in the client’s treatment plan.

Individual psychotherapy sessions – $185

I understand that the cost of therapy can be a challenge, and I don’t want finances to be a barrier to accessing your mental health needs. If my session fee feels out of reach, please don’t hesitate to reach out—we can explore a sliding scale option that works for your needs. Your healing journey is important, and I’m here to help make therapy more accessible for you.

*I am not currently seeing any families or couples.

Insurance

I am considered an Out of Network Provider and do not accept insurance. Although I do not accept insurance, you can check with your insurance provider on whether you have out-of-network benefits. To use your out-of-network benefits, fees are due at the time of service. I am partnered with Thrizer assist with the out of network process. Superbills will be submitted through Thrizer and you would only pay your coinsurance responsibility after meeting your deductible, instead of waiting for your reimbursement. Acceptable forms of payment include all major credit cards. Payment is expected to be paid in full for each session immediately after the session.

Call your insurance and ask the following questions:
1. Do I have “out-of-network” benefits?
2. Are Telehealth therapy sessions covered?
3. Do I have an out of network deductible? (the amount you would have to pay out-of-pocket before your insurance reimburses you)
4. What is my co-pay or coinsurance percentage after meeting the deductible?
5. How much will I be reimbursed?

Should you choose to use your insurance for out of network benefits, I want to inform you of the benefits and risks. Please visit the link below for more information.

Good Faith Estimate

The No Surprises Act (H.R. 133) includes requirements for health care providers, facilities, health plans, and insurers which are intended to prevent consumers (a.k.a. clients) from receiving unanticipated medical bills. You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost prior to initiating treatment or before your scheduled appointment.

For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit http://www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call (800) 368-1019.
